On 5th September, at the welcome reception for the 15th China International Trademark and Brand Festival held in Taiyuan, China Trademark magazine, in collaboration with Beijing Zhichanbao Network Technology Development Co., Ltd., released the "2025 Trademark Agency Service Capability Data Statistics 600" (hereinafter referred to as Data Statistics 600).

Ferrante IP has once again earned a prestigious ranking in the "2025 Trademark Agency Service Capability Data Statistics 600," a respected annual evaluation published by China Trademark magazine, highlights Ferrante IP's consistent excellence and leadership in the trademark agency industry.

Based on officially released 2024 data, the Data Statistics 600 employs a systematic evaluation model across over ten dimensions—including trademark application volume, opposition cases, and review cases—to assess trademark agencies registered with the Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.

The Data Statistics 600 aims to enhance the visibility of high-quality agency service providers and promote excellence in service delivery as the core competitive focus within the trademark agency industry. First released in 2023, it has been published annually for three consecutive years. This initiative encourages agencies to elevate their professional standards, positioning expertise as their core competitive advantage. Simultaneously, it fosters a spirit of continuous improvement and craftsmanship, cultivating a healthy competitive environment within the industry and driving high-quality development in trademark agency services. Furthermore, Data Statistics 600 aims to increase the recognition of high-quality agency service providers, broaden the avenues for trademark rights holders to select premium agency services, and thereby reduce societal transaction costs.
