Representatives from industry associations and Chinese and foreign enterprises engaged in dialogues on advancing social co-governance. The Global Alliance for Trade in Services also released the "2025 Report on Digital Economy Innovation and Intellectual Property Development Index of Major World Cities."

In recent years, China has placed high priority on protecting intellectual property and combating infringement and counterfeiting. It has strengthened its efforts to build a quality-driven, intellectual property-strong nation, continuously improving institutional safeguards, intensifying administrative enforcement and judicial protection, and expanding international exchanges and cooperation. These measures aim to foster a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment. Relevant departments have targeted key areas of infringement and counterfeiting, enhanced source protection, and strengthened full-chain governance, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both domestic and foreign rights holders and consumers. According to the World Intellectual Property Organization's "Global Innovation Index Report 2025," China has risen to 10th place, marking its first entry into the top ten of the global innovation index.
