Andrea’s expertise includes cross-border IP matters across a wide range of aspects, including but not limited to tailor-made strategies for brand protection and enforcement, trademark monitoring and portfolio management, anti-counterfeiting and customs border protection, with the goal of helping clients grow their business by protecting brand equity and maximizing IP ROI in China. 

After completing an LLM at China University of Political Science and Law, where he graduated as an outstanding student, Andrea built his professional career at leading international firms in both China and Europe, specializing in IP, M&A transactions, corporate governance, contracts and more, thereby enhancing his international background and cultural sensitivity.

Andrea is a native Italian speaker, fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
