She is an intellectual property attorney with 10 years of experience in trademark and copyright law. Since 2015, Francesca has worked on prosecution, litigation, and global portfolio management of trademarks, copyrights, and patents. She was in-house IP counsel for a top Chinese automotive company, managing its worldwide IP portfolio and advising on brand protection. Now a Trademark Attorney, she combines in-house and law firm experience to provide expert trademark and copyright solutions.

Francesca holds the Trademark Attorney Certificate from the China National Intellectual Property Administration and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
