Grace holds master degrees in laws from Renmin University of China and Law School of Boston University. She is a qualified lawyer in both China (inactive) and New York State, USA.  She also holds the certificate of CIPP/E.

Grace has more than 15 years’ experience in intellectual property and brand protection, focusing on trademark, copyright, domain name enforcement as well as unfair competition.  She has assisted clients in various industries in cracking down the counterfeits, ceasing infringing use of clients’ trademarks and copyrights, recovering domain names and stopping the infringers’ unfair competition activities. 

Grace is a native in Mandarin and  fluent in English.
