Jane LU holds a Master of Science degree from University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign and a LL.M. degree from Temple University (Beasley) Law School. She started her career working on intellectual property in 2015 and has assisted many global companies on prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property in China. 

Jane is experienced on trademark administrative litigations, patent administrative litigations, civil actions related with IP infringement and/or unfair competition. Jane has also handled many cases regarding the contracts between foreign companies and local Chinese companies. 

Jane is a member of the Beijing Lawyers Association and All China Lawyers Association.

Jane is native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
