Janet is an experienced trademark attorney, working at high-level IP firms since 2009 after her graduation with a master’s degree in law from China Foreign Affairs University. She joined Ferrante IP in 2023 in Beijing office, providing professional services mainly on trademark prosecution matters, portfolio management and strategy consultancy. 

Through the years, Janet has built extensive experience in trademark prosecution work in both contentious and non-contentious matters in China, as well as Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and many other jurisdictions. She has served clients of different sizes from a wide range of industries, including fashion, electronic products, pharmaceuticals, quick consumptions, automobiles, telecommunication, entertainment, chemicals and so on. With her thorough understanding of the Chinese IP environment and the different needs of multinational enterprises and SMEs, she is good at providing tailored strategies to maximize each client’s interests.
