Thanh Tran is an accomplished IP Lawyer and Attorney at Law at Ferrante Intellectual Property, based in the firm’s Vietnam office. 

Thanh graduated from International Law Faculty of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and obtained her LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Data Protection from the University of Law (UK) in 2024. She is currently a member of the Hanoi Bar Association. 

With over seven years of dedicated experience in IP law, she provides strategic advice to multinational corporations and Vietnamese enterprises on IP prosecution, enforcement, and commercialization across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Her practice spans trademark and patent disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and appeals before the IP Office of Vietnam (IPVN) and the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as advisory work on IP licensing, franchising, and contractual matters.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Thanh combines local legal expertise with a global perspective, helping clients navigate complex IP landscapes with tailored, results-driven strategies.
