Recently, the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System released an administrative penalty information. A network technology company in Wenzhou City entrusts an intellectual property agency to handle Trademark registrations and assignments. The actual responsible person of the two companies appears to be the same individual Long XX. The said IP agency does not charge the network technology company any agency fees. The network technology company as the applicant, has applied for registrations of 138 trademarks, and assigned 75 trademarks. These assigned trademarks have never been used. Wenzhou Ouhai District Market Supervision Bureau decided to punish the IP agency as follows: 1. give a warning; 2. Impose a fine of CNY 50,000. Punishment imposed to the network technology company are: 1. confiscation of illegal income CNY 29,758; 2. fined CNY 30000.
